Since 1974, the Holiday Clearing Bureau has coordinated the collection and distribution of Christmas gifts for disadvantaged individuals in Cass and Clay counties. Last year, we served almost 4,000 children and more than 700 adults. Due to the generous time and effort of hundreds of volunteers, the Holiday Clearing Bureau is successful year after year.
In 2006, FirstLink and the Salvation Army have joined forces to better serve our community. FirstLink Holiday Clearing Bureau and Salvation Army Christmas basket program is now one program called the Season of Hope.
