Parents who have special needs children 0-3 years of age. Eligibility determined through Southeast Human Service Center’s Infant Development Unit. There is no cost for families who qualify for the Infant Development Program.
The Experienced Parent Project is partnership between FirstLink and SE Human Service Center. Services are funded by the ND Department of Human Services and provided under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Act

Available to talk with families about issues that come about with a child with a disability or developmental delay.

Jane Nelson is the Experienced Parent Project Coordinator. Jane has been involved, as a parent, in the early intervention program.

Jane is available as a resource to families who would like to talk with someone who can relate to what they may be experiencing.
