Founded in 1984, Global Volunteers represents local leaders in the national and international arenas. Global Volunteers sends teams of volunteers to live and work with local people on developmental projects. Their site contains information of “Service-Learning” travel, whether or not their programs are right for you, and the various costs associated with their service programs.
